Clinician: Bill Brenner, Coach Development at U.S. Masters Swimming
Brush up on stroke development, starts and turns. Ideal for swimmers interested in refining their technique, learning new skills and to learn how to execute a proper swimming starts and turns.
A Senior Fitness Coaches Clinic will be held prior to the Swim Clinic. All abilities of swimmers are welcome. Must be able to swim 200 yards comfortably; bring your own fins, kickboards, and hand paddles.
