Hello Basketball Captains! NM Senior Olympics’ Basketball 3-on-3 Team Tournament is almost here, and we wanted to let you know about the check in times/details.
Please see the attached Captains meeting agenda and packet, Pool and Bracket schedules (schedules are subject to change) and other pertinent information. There are a couple of new rules you need to be aware of, please read all! Please share this with your teammates.

All registered athletes, to include non-playing personnel, are required to check in with ID that includes photo, date of birth, gender (i.e., driver’s license) and must sign in for Liability Waiver acceptance.
Scheduling and check-in Information
You only need to check in one time for Pool and Bracket play to be eligible for ALL play.
- Check-in – Friday the 1st from 2pm to 7pm at Genoveva Chavez Community Center.
- Captain’s meeting on Friday the 1st at 4:00 pm at Genoveva Chavez Community Center. If you cannot attend, please send a representative.
- Pool Play Games start at 5:00 pm for some age divisions, see schedules attached.
- Saturday, check-in starting at 7:30am to 12 noon – see schedules attached for Pool and Bracket game times.
- Sunday – don’t forget to set your clocks back 1 hour for Daylight Savings Time.
- Please note, schedules are subject to change.
- PLEASE STAY HYDRATED! DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS.
- Athletic Trainers will be onsite
- Qualifying data will be submitted to National Senior Games for this tournament
Concession on Level 1 will be open. NMSO will furnish fruit, bottled water, and water on each court.
Bleachers are available to spectators.
LEGAL Uniforms will be enforced by NMSO and officials. Exceptions must be requested in advance. See Tournament Information/House Rules for LEGAL uniform.
Athlete Check in will take place at Genoveva Chavez Community Center
