Scheduling and Check-in Information

Check-in: Friday, September 13th from 2 PM to 7 PM at Hardy Park Fields, Las Cruces, NM.

Captain’s Meeting: Friday, September 13th at 3:00 PM at Hardy Park Fields. If you cannot attend, please send a representative.

Pool Play Games: Start at 6:00 PM on Friday for some age divisions. Check the attached schedules for details.

Saturday Check-in: Starting at 7:00 AM only for those who have not played Pool Play on Friday. See attached schedules for Pool and Bracket game times.

Sunday Games: Start at 8:00 AM.
Please note, schedules are subject to change. Games may be played under lights. Stay hydrated and drink plenty of fluids as it will be hot during play. Athletic Trainers will be onsite at the field.
Amenities and Services

Concessions will be available at the field. NMSO will provide bananas, oranges, bottled water, and water stations on each field.

Seating: Covered bleachers are available for spectators. See the attached map for parking and camping options.

Uniform Regulations: LEGAL uniforms will be enforced by NMSO and officials. Requests for exceptions must be made in advance. See Tournament Information/House Rules for details on LEGAL uniforms.
Athlete Check-in will take place at Hardy Park Fields.

NEW for 2025 – All registered athletes, including non-playing personnel, are required to check in with a valid ID that includes a photo, date of birth, and gender (e.g., driver’s license) and must sign a Liability Waiver before their team’s first Pool Play game to be eligible for Bracket Play.
