Scheduling and check-in Information

*You only need to check in one time for Pool and Bracket play.  All players MUST check in and sign in before their teams last Pool Play game to be eligible for Bracket play.

Friday the 28th from 4pm to 7pm – Check-in, Captain’s meeting, Games, and practice begin.

Captain’s meeting on Friday the 28th at 4:15am.  If you cannot attend, please send a representative.

Saturday, check-in starting at 8:00am – Women’s Games start at 9am; Men’s Games start at 9:45

Sunday, Co-Ed only, check-in starts at 8:00 am – Games start at 9:00 am. 


Feel free to bring your own snacks as there is no concession onsite BUT, they must be kept outside.  NMSO will furnish bananas and bottled water.

You are encouraged to bring your own chairs but know that space is limited.


LEGAL Uniforms will be enforced by NMSO and officials.  See Tournament Information/House Rules for LEGAL uniform.


As we will be at a new facility for 2023, the ARVC (Albuquerque Rebels Volleyball Club) does have a few rules that everyone should be aware of.

If you have GPS on your phone or car, the easiest way to get to the Albuquerque Rebel Volleyball Club is to put the address in 7800 Las Lomitas Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113.


Coaches, Players and Visitors are welcome to join our wonderful training facility. We are honored to host teams and events in this 5 courts establishment. Please respect and follow these rules:

– Guests under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, as well as guests creating a disturbance, will be asked to leave the facility, be referred to the appropriate administrators and may have their facility privileges suspended.

– Any unsafe conditions or damaged equipment in the facility should be reported to the facility site manager Jayla Trombley and Director Senobia Szuch

– Blocking or restriction of emergency exits is prohibited.

– There is NO SMOKING of any kind inside the facility or within 50 feet of any entrance of the facility. Smoking receptacle bins are designated both in the front and rear of the facility.

Outside chairs and stadium seats are permitted. However, space is limited to spectators. Please limit the size of your chair in the building.

– All outside food and drinks must be restricted in the facility, players and athletes are allowed to bring water or athletic drinks that have a lid to playing areas. Food is not permitted in playing area. All food and drink should be disposed of in a trash can.

– Food and food tables are permitted along the outside Suites A & B and along the back side of the facility. Tables are not permitted along the outside of The Athlete’s Playground (TAP).

– Please keep player and team equipment in a neat and designated area clear of walkways and play areas.

Pets are not permitted in the facility

– ARVC Offices are completely off limits to visiting spectators, athletes, coaches and staff. Offices are only permitted to ARVC approved individuals.

– Marking athletic shoes are not permitted on playing areas, athletes will be asked to change them.

Parking areas are very strict.  Please open this link to view designated parking areas – Tournament Parking – ARVC Rebels.  NMSO will make every attempt to have signs with arrows leading to designated parking.
